If you can't find your ticket, please follow these steps:

  • Check Your Email: Look for an email from 10X Events in your inbox.
  • Spam/Junk Folder: Sometimes emails may end up in your spam or junk folder. Please check these folders as well.
  • Please access your account using the email address you used to purchase your ticket.
  • Contact Us: If you're still unable to locate your ticket, email us at [email protected] or call (310) 777-0255 for assistance.

We're sorry for any inconvenience. Please:

  • Verify Your Order Confirmation: Check the order confirmation email to ensure your purchase details are correct.
  • Contact Support: Email us at [email protected] with your order number, email address you used to purchase your ticket, and details of the issue.
  • Resolution: We'll promptly issue the correct ticket once we verify the information.

If you've received duplicate tickets:

  • Review Purchase History: Confirm if multiple purchases were made unintentionally.
  • Notify Us: Contact us at [email protected] with your order numbers.

For registration issues:

  • Clear Browser Cache: Sometimes, outdated data can cause problems. Clearing your cache might help.
  • Try a Different Browser: Switch to another web browser to see if the issue persists.
  • Screenshot Errors: Take a screenshot of any error messages.
  • Reach Out: Send the screenshot and a description of the issue to [email protected] for support.

If you need to opt out:

  • Submit a Request: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for opting out.
  • Confirmation: We'll process your request and send a confirmation once completed.

Yes, depending on your purchase ticket transfers may be allowed. Some restrictions apply:

  • Provide New Attendee Details: Email us at [email protected] with the full name, phone number, and email address of the person taking your place.
  • Deadline: Transfers must be requested at least 15 days before the event. Additionally, tickets can't be transferred after 365 days from purchase date.
  • Confirmation: We'll update our records and send a confirmation to both you and the new attendee.

This is a live event and we do not offer recordings. Unauthorized recording by attendees is strictly prohibited. If you have any concerns or questions about recording, please contact us at [email protected] or speak with an event representative on-site.

This is an adults-only event for ages 18 and up.

Attendees are allowed to bring essential items such as a small bag, water bottle, and personal belongings. However, PROHIBITED ITEMS INCLUDE: Bags larger than 8" x 8" x 4", laptops , no video or camera recordings are permitted., large camera equipment, weapons of any kind
